This policy explains how GetKG Dashboard (crypto.getkg.com) — free educational articles and calculators about crypto-assets — handles personal data, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.
Who is responsible
The data controller is the operator of the GetKG websites, based in Ireland. Contact: cyberiper@gmail.com. The GetKG network includes getkg.com, en.getkg.com, crypto.getkg.com and tools.getkg.com.
In short
- No accounts and no sign-up: we do not ask for your name, e-mail or payment details.
- Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent, which you can change at any time.
- We never sell your personal data.

Prices and calculators
Live prices are loaded by your browser directly from CoinGecko (api.coingecko.com) and the Bitcoin block height from mempool.space; these services receive your IP address as with any web request. Portfolio entries you add in our tracker are stored only in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us.
No financial advice
Our content is general education, not financial, investment or tax advice. We do not sell crypto-assets and we do not hold your funds.
Service providers
We use a web hosting provider to run the website, Google (Analytics, AdSense and Google Translate when you choose a language) and content delivery networks for fonts (Bunny Fonts, EU) and open-source scripts (cdnjs / Cloudflare). Where data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, the providers rely on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use these rights, e-mail cyberiper@gmail.com. We reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.
Market data providers
The charts on GetKG Dashboard are loaded directly by your browser from public data services: CoinGecko, Binance (public market data), alternative.me (Fear & Greed Index), mempool.space, DefiLlama, Deribit and Blockchain.com. When a chart loads, your IP address and standard browser information are sent to that provider, as with any web request. We do not send them any account or personal data, and they set no cookies on our site. Downloaded data is cached only in your own browser (local storage) to make pages faster; you can clear it in your browser settings. The charts library is loaded from cdnjs (Cloudflare).
Children
Our websites are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. In Ireland the digital age of consent is 16.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
