Why stablecoin supply matters
Stablecoins like USDT and USDC are dollars on the blockchain. Traders hold them between trades, so a growing stablecoin supply means more money is ready to buy crypto — often called “dry powder”. A shrinking supply means money is leaving the crypto economy.
Who issues them
Tether (USDT) is by far the largest, followed by Circle’s USDC and a group of newer stablecoins. The 30-day change tile shows whether the total is currently growing or shrinking.
